Golden 1 Center Features Expansive Living Walls

The Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, is surrounded with green walls.  The design team’s goal was to make it appear as though the landscape was growing from the ground up the side of the structure.

The arena is the first in the world to be designed as a LEED Platinum building.  The arena is home to the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and the venue for concerts, trade shows, and other events.
