The Butterfly Atrium at Hershey Gardens Indoor Green Wall

The Butterfly Atrium is a popular attraction at Hersey Gardens, open to visitors year-round.  Walk in wonder among hundreds of butterflies from around the world at this botanical garden in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The atrium is a lush tropical plant oasis that houses visitors and wildlife.  To bring even more nature to the indoor space, a living wall was planted around a 3-dimensional metal sculpture of palm fronds and butterflies.

The gardens’ horticultural staff planted the green wall with a broad array of selections which include Aglaonema, Begonia, Epipremnum, and Philodendron.
