Living Wall of Coleus, Begonia, and Coral Bells in Vertical Stripes

A combination of annual and perennial green wall plants can make for a striking display.

Arranged in vertical stripes of color, this planting consists mostly of annual plants–including begonias, coleus, and asparagus fern.  The large-leaved coral bell cultivar, Heuchera villanosa ‘Autumn Bride,” is a perennial that has overwintered well in Michigan.
